Care & Maintenance:
- Apply Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the maple top monthly or whenever the surface appears dry.
- Clean the wood with mild soap and warm water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not soak the item or put it in the dishwasher.
- For the stainless steel components, wipe them daily with clean water or a non-chloride stainless steel cleaner, then polish along the grain.
- Avoid using abrasive pads, steel wool, or chlorine bleach to preserve the protective layer on the stainless steel.
