Electric wall mounted cheesemelter measuring 36" in length, designed for professional kitchen use with infrared quartz heating technology.

Heating System

Features 1200 watts per foot of infrared quartz heaters with plate activated instant off-on and constant heat setting for precise temperature control.

Construction

Stainless steel exterior and interior construction with aluminized steel back panel. Includes removable back panel for optional pass through configuration.
