The Magikitch'n FM-SMB-648 is a 48-inch commercial grill designed for high-volume kitchens. Its ceramic briquette heating system provides even, high-intensity heat that locks in authentic char flavor and maintains consistent temperature, even under heavy use. The rugged, free-floating grate prevents warping for reliable performance. An optional 200,000 BTU/hr upgrade is available for extra searing power.
