The Turbofan E32T5 electric convection oven offers exceptional performance in a compact design, making it ideal for commercial kitchens. With a 5.7-inch touch screen, multi-stage cooking, and a fast-acting reversing fan, this 5-pan, full-size oven delivers the consistent results chefs need for a variety of cooking applications, including roasting, baking, cook-and-hold, and regeneration. Measuring just 28 ⅞ inches wide, the Turbofan E32T5 provides big-oven capabilities in a space-saving footprint. Professional installation by a qualified electrician is required, and a minimum of 2 inches rear and 3 inches right-side clearance should be maintained for service access.
