The Serv-Ware SSSP-2 double stock pot gas range is a powerful and compact commercial stove designed for fast, consistent boiling. With two high-output burners offering 110,000 BTU/hr for natural gas and 85,000 BTU/hr for liquid propane, this heavy-duty stove can handle the demands of restaurants, catering operations, and institutional kitchens. Its small 18" W x 49.3" D x 20.4" H footprint makes it easy to fit in tight spaces, and it operates on a 3/4" gas line with 4" W.C. (NG) or 10" W.C. (LP) pressure.
