Product Description
Dealer's Choice Hot Food Holding Cabinet is a pass-through model with a one-section design. It features microprocessor control with an LED display for easy monitoring. The cabinet has half-height stainless steel doors, with the right side hinged. The sides and interior are made of anodized aluminum, and it includes three clear-coated shelves installed at the factory. The cabinet sits on 6-inch casters for mobility, and it is compatible with 208-230/115V, 60Hz, single-phase electrical systems, drawing 8.3 amps. It comes with a NEMA L14-20P plug, and is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. Additionally, it is ENERGY STAR® rated.
