Product Description
Dealer's Choice Hot Food Holding Cabinet is a pass-through model with a one-section design. It features microprocessor control with an LED display, allowing for precise temperature regulation. The cabinet has half-height stainless steel doors, with the control side doors hinged on the right and the other side doors hinged on the left. The sides and interior are made of anodized aluminum, and it comes with three factory-installed, clear-coated shelves. Casters provide easy mobility, and the cabinet is compatible with 208-230/115v, 60Hz, single-phase power, drawing 8.3 amps. It is certified by cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and ENERGY STAR®.
