Product Description
Dealer's Choice Hot Food Holding Cabinet is a pass-through design with a one-section, microprocessor-controlled LED display. It features full-height stainless steel doors hinged on the right side on both sides. The cabinet has anodized aluminum sides and interior, with three factory-installed clear coated shelves. It sits on 6-inch casters and operates on 208-230/115V, 60Hz, single-phase power at 8.3 amps. The unit comes with a NEMA L14-20P plug and is cETLus and ETL Sanitation certified, as well as ENERGY STAR® rated.
