Product Description
Dealer's Choice Hot Food Holding Cabinet is a pass-through model with microprocessor control and LED display. It features full-height stainless steel doors on both sides, with the control side doors hinged on the right and the other side doors hinged on the left. The cabinet has anodized aluminum sides and interior, and includes three clear-coated shelves installed at the factory. It rides on 6-inch casters and operates on 208-230/115V, 60Hz, single-phase power with 8.3 amps. The power cord is equipped with a NEMA L14-20P plug. The cabinet is cETLus and ETL Sanitation certified, and is ENERGY STAR® rated.
