Product Description
Dealer's Choice Hot Food Holding Cabinet is a pass-through model with a one-section design. It features a microprocessor control with an LED display, allowing you to easily monitor and adjust the temperature. The cabinet has full-height stainless steel doors on both sides, with the control side doors hinged on the left. The sides and interior are made of anodized aluminum, providing durability and easy cleaning. The cabinet comes equipped with three clear-coated shelves and 6-inch casters for mobility. The electrical requirements are 208-230/115v/60/1, with an 8.3-amp draw and a NEMA L14-20P plug. The cabinet is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, meeting ENERGY STAR® standards.
