Product Description
Dealer's Choice Hot Food Holding Cabinet is a pass-through design with two sections, each featuring microprocessor control and LED display. The cabinet has stainless steel doors on both sides, with left-hinged configuration. The interior is constructed of anodized aluminum, and includes three clear-coated shelves per section. The unit is mounted on 6-inch casters and operates on 208-230/115V, 60Hz, single-phase power with a 20-amp draw. It is certified to cETLus and ETL Sanitation standards, and is ENERGY STAR® rated.
