Product Description
Dealer's Choice Hot Food Holding Cabinet is a pass-through design with two sections, each featuring microprocessor control with LED display. The cabinet has full-height stainless steel doors on both sides, with left or right hinges. Its sides and interior are made of anodized aluminum, and each section includes three clear-coated shelves. The cabinet is mounted on 6-inch casters and is compatible with 208-230/115V, 60Hz, single-phase electrical supply, with a 20-amp hard-wire connection. The cabinet is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, and is ENERGY STAR® rated.
