The Turbo Air E-line countertop salad table maintains crisp, organized toppings within easy reach. This low-profile unit provides professional-grade cold-holding performance, fitting seamlessly onto your prep counter or serving line. The height does not include 3/8" for leg adjustment. - It can hold 8 GN 1/6 pans or 4 GN 1/3 pans, each 6 inches deep. Pans are not included.
- The front-mounted digital display shows the current temperature, allowing you to monitor it easily.
- The static cooling system maintains a temperature between 32°F and 41°F to keep your ingredients fresh.
- It uses an eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which has a low environmental impact (ODP 0 / GWP 3).
