Product Description
Vulcan's 936RX Gas Griddle is a heavy-duty, 36-inch countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. With a 1-inch thick polished steel plate and an 81,000 BTU output, this griddle provides high-performance cooking capabilities. The low-profile stainless steel design features embedded snap-action thermostats every 12 inches, millivolt pilot safety, electric spark or manual ignition, a front gas shut-off, a front grease trough, 4-inch back and tapered side splashes, and adjustable legs. The 936RX is both NSF and CSA certified for use in commercial kitchens.
