Vulcan 948RX Gas Griddle is a heavy-duty, 48-inch countertop griddle with a 1-inch polished steel plate and 108,000 BTU power. It features embedded snap-action thermostats every 12 inches for precise heat control. The low-profile stainless steel front includes a Cool Bullnose, front grease trough with can, millivolt pilot safety, and electric spark or manual ignition. The front manifold gas shut-off adds convenience. This NSF/CSA certified griddle has durable 4-inch back and tapered side splashes, as well as adjustable legs, making it ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens.
