Vulcan VBP15LL Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile institutional holding and transport cabinet that can store up to 30 full-size (18" x 26" x 1") pans. It features fixed lip-load racking, a forced-air blower, and electronic digital controls with a temperature range from ambient to 190°F for consistent hot-holding. The cabinet is made of durable 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, with side-mounted push handles and a recessed control panel. It is cULus and UL EPH Classified for commercial kitchens.
