Vulcan's VBP18ES Heated Holding Cabinet is a heavy-duty, mobile unit designed for institutional kitchens. It can accommodate up to 18 full-size or 36 half-size pans with its 15 pairs of adjustable tray slides. The forced-air blower ensures even heating, keeping food warm from ambient temperature up to 190°F. Constructed with a rugged 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, the cabinet features side-mounted push handles and recessed electronic controls with a digital display. With cULus/UL EPH classifications, this cabinet provides a reliable, high-performance solution for hot food holding and transport.
