The Vulcan VBP5ES Heated Cabinet is a mobile undercounter holding and transport cabinet designed for institutional kitchens. It can accommodate up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" pans, with adjustable tray slides for versatility. The cabinet features a forced-air blower and electronic digital controls to maintain precise holding temperatures from ambient to 190°F. Constructed with a durable 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, the VBP5ES also includes side-mounted push handles and a recessed control panel. It is cULus and UL EPH classified, ensuring reliable performance in food service environments.
