Product Description
Vulcan VBP7ES Heated Cabinet is a durable, mobile holding and transport cabinet designed for institutional kitchens. It can accommodate up to seven 18" x 26" pans or 14 12" x 20" pans, with five pairs of adjustable 1.5" OC tray slides and forced-air circulation to ensure even heating up to 190°F. The cabinet features a stainless steel 20-gauge interior and exterior, side push handles, recessed electronic controls with digital display, and cULus/UL EPH classifications for reliable performance.
