The Vulcan VC44ED is a powerful commercial convection oven designed for precise baking and roasting. Featuring solid-state controls, this electric double-deck oven offers a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F, allowing you to achieve perfect results every time. Each deck is equipped with a 60-minute audible timer, oven cool switch, independent stainless steel doors with double-pane windows, and porcelain enamel interiors. The oven boasts five nickel-plated racks, a durable stainless steel exterior, and 8" legs for easy placement. Dual 1/2 HP two-speed blowers and 12 kW per section ensure reliable, energy-efficient performance, backed by certifications from NSF, cUL, UL, and ENERGY STAR.
