Product Description
The Vulcan VC55GD-QS-PLATINUM is a reliable, high-performance gas double-deck convection oven ideal for busy commercial kitchens. It features solid-state controls with electronic spark ignition, a temperature range of 150–500°F, and a 5-hour digital timer. The porcelain-on-steel interior includes interior lights and windows, with five racks per deck and independent removable doors.
