Accommodates (5) bun pans or (10) steam table pans. Stainless steel interior and exterior, with 5" casters (2 swivel with locks, 2 rigid). Operates on 208-240v/50/60/1-ph, 1900/2530 watts, 9.6/11.0 amps, with a cord and NEMA 6-15P plug. (Note: Ovens available in single phase only.)
