Vulcan's VIR2 V Series Deck Ovens offer heavy-duty, restaurant-quality performance. Featuring two gas-fired infrared deck-broilers with a combined 200,000 BTU output, these ovens boast a durable stainless steel construction for the front, top, and sides. Engineered for maximum productivity, the double-deck design includes two 25-1/2" x 24-1/2" spring-balanced cooking grids with five-position grip, as well as casters for easy mobility. The 1" rear gas manifold with regulator ensures reliable commercial use, with NSF and CSA certifications to back it up.
