Product Description
The Vulcan VPT15 Heated Holding Cabinet is a durable, mobile pass-through cabinet designed for busy kitchens. It can hold up to 15 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 30 12" x 20" pans on adjustable universal tray slides, with a forced-air blower that ensures even heat distribution. The analog thermometer can reach up to 190°F. The cabinet's heavy-duty 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, recessed controls, side push handles, and 5" casters make it well-suited for catering, transport, or high-volume foodservice applications, with cULus and UL EPH certification.
