Product Description
Keep foods at safe serving temperatures with the Vulcan VPT15SL Heated Holding/Transport Cabinet. This mobile, pass-through unit holds up to 15 full-size pans or 30 medium pans on six adjustable stainless-steel shelves. It uses a forced-air blower for even heating up to 190°F and features a recessed control panel with an analog thermometer, side push handles, and a durable 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior. The cabinet is cULus and UL EPH Classified, with 5-inch casters for reliable, easy transport, making it ideal for busy kitchens and catering operations.
