Product Description
The Vulcan VPT7SL heated holding cabinet is designed for efficient food transport and holding. It features a mobile, pass-thru design that can accommodate up to seven 18" x 26" pans or fourteen 12" x 20" pans on three adjustable shelves. The forced-air blower ensures even heating up to 190°F. The cabinet's durable construction includes a 20-gauge stainless steel interior and exterior, recessed controls, an analog thermometer, side push handles, and 5-inch casters. The Vulcan VPT7SL is cULus and UL EPH Classified for use in commercial kitchens.
