Product Description
Vulcan VRH88 Cook and Hold Oven is a heavy-duty, double-deck mobile cabinet designed for commercial kitchens. It features stainless steel construction, mechanical controls, and can hold up to 16 sheet pans or 32 hotel pans on its (6) wire shelves. The oven roasts at 250°F and comes with a stacking kit. Easily movable on 5" casters (2 swivel with locks, 2 rigid), the VRH88 requires two outlets and is cULus listed for reliable, high-capacity hot-holding and cooking.
