The Wolf AHP212U Achiever 12" gas hot plate offers commercial-grade countertop cooking with two powerful open burners. These burners deliver a total of 60,000 BTU, with one rated at 30,000 BTU and the other a 30,000 BTU step-up. The hot plate features heavy-duty construction, including lift-off burner heads, cast iron grates, protected standing pilots, and manual gas valves. The stainless steel exterior and backsplash, along with the aluminized pull-out crumb tray, provide durability and easy cleanup. Adjustable 4" legs allow for customizable placement, and the hot plate is CSA and NSF certified, making it ideal for use in restaurants and catering where reliable, high-output countertop heat is needed.
