Product Description
The Wolf AHP848U Achiever 48" gas hot plate is a high-output commercial countertop appliance featuring eight open burners. Four of the burners deliver 30,000 BTU each, while the other four are 30,000 BTU step-up burners, providing a total output of 240,000 BTU. The hot plate is built with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and backsplash, along with cast-iron grates and lift-off burner heads. It also includes protected standing pilots, manual gas valves, and an aluminized pull-out crumb tray for easy cleaning.
