The American Range 72-inch restaurant range is designed for high-volume kitchens that rely on a flat-top cooking surface. This powerful unit boasts an impressive 185,000 BTU output and is proudly made in the USA. In addition to the heavy-duty, full-width griddle, it features both convection and standard ovens, providing versatile cooking capabilities on a single, stainless steel platform. Whether you're serving breakfast or searing late-night meals, this American Range model delivers even heat, fast recovery, and the rugged reliability that has made it a favorite among professional chefs.

Key Features:

  • The griddle plate is 1 inch thick, polished steel, and stretches across the full 72-inch cook surface, providing maximum production capacity.
  • Six 20,000 BTU manual griddle burners, spaced one every 12 inches, deliver instant zone-control and rapid recovery.
  • The left-side 26.5-inch convection oven (30,000 BTU) circulates hot air for faster, more even baking and roasting.
  • The right-side 26.5-inch standard oven (35,000 BTU) can handle everything from sheet-pan prep to low-and-slow braising.
  • Each oven comes with two chrome-plated racks and has five rack positions for flexible loading.
  • The oven thermostats adjust from 250°F to 500°F and feature a 100% safety gas shut-off.
  • The stainless steel front, sides, and 6-inch deep landing ledge are built to withstand daily commercial use.
