The SteamCraft® Power 10 is a high-performance commercial steamer designed for busy kitchens that demand speed and consistency. Featuring a powerful 240,000 BTU generator, it produces up to 180 lbs of convection steam per hour, enabling rapid cooking and throughput. With two spacious, pressure-less compartments, users can open the door mid-cycle to add more pans without disrupting the cooking process.

Utility Requirements:

• Make sure to install the unit under a suitable vent hood, as a flue diverter is provided.
• This unit must be hard-wired and cannot be connected to a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) outlet.
• The water quality must meet the following requirements: - Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) between 50-250 parts per million (ppm) - Hardness between 3-12 grains per gallon (gpg) - pH level between 7.0-8.5 - Chlorides less than 50 ppm
