This factory-assembled kettle/cabinet assembly is engineered for high-volume production with a small footprint. It combines two 6-gallon tilting kettles with a powerful 24 kW electric steam boiler. The upgraded 316 stainless-steel liners can handle a wide range of recipes, from scratch sauces to acidic tomato bases. The integrated sink, double-pantry faucet, and splash guard help keep the cookline clean and efficient.
