Featuring a rugged 316 stainless steel steam jacket, ±1 °C solid-state controls, and a user-friendly 34.8 inch rim height, this splash-proof unit requires only an electrical connection to power your production line. With its compact design, the KEL-40-SH brings efficient, high-volume cooking to your kitchen.
