This Cleveland Range cabinet-base pressure steamer is designed for the busiest commercial kitchens. It delivers rapid, high-yield steam cooking from a compact 36" footprint. Powered by a gas-fired, 300 MBTU steam boiler, the steamer has three independent 5 psi compartments, each capable of handling up to 8 cafeteria pans or 4 full-size bun pans simultaneously. This versatility allows you to batch, stage, or menu-flex with confidence. The manual controls and NickelGard boiler protection ensure reliable, easy-to-use performance.
