With a 30-gallon (115 L) capacity, this range delivers exceptional speed and consistency for braising, sautéing, simmering, grilling, and steaming. Built on a compact, open-frame stainless steel platform with a low 35" rim height, it offers easy loading, rapid recovery, and effortless manual tilting for quick, hassle-free operation.
