Product Description

Compact split-door machine with 60 racks per hour and 27-inch pan clearance. Tackle oversized cookware and dinnerware without sacrificing floor space. The CMA 180-TC combines powerful high-temperature sanitizing, ultra-low water usage, and a space-saving corner footprint—giving busy kitchens sparkling results shift after shift. Requires incoming water hardness of 3.5 gpg or less and rinse pressure of 20 ± 5 psi. A properly sized tank-style water heater is required.

  • The automatic soil purging system routes food debris into an external Poly Pro™ scrap accumulator, allowing for quick and mess-free disposal.
  • The top-mounted, watertight control box with a rack counter, delime switch, and easy-read temperature gauges keeps vital information at eye level and safe from splashes.
  • The auto start/stop, automatic tank fill, and interchangeable pull-pin spray arms simplify operation and maintenance.
  • The machine is field-convertible, with a corner configuration shipped standard that can be switched to a straight-through configuration using an optional kit.
