The N8787-DESP is Delfield's largest Energy Saving Power (ESP) drop-in well, designed to serve hot entrées, sides, and toppings with precision and efficiency. This versatile unit features six individually-heated 12" x 20" pans, allowing you to customize the temperature of each section to suit your specific needs. With its low-wattage, high-performance design, the N8787-DESP installs flush in any 86-1/4" counter cutout, making it a seamless addition to your commercial kitchen.

Installation Notes:
