The Delfield N8845 is a self-contained unit designed to keep your entrées and sides at the perfect serving temperature. With a 44-5/8" × 25" counter cut-out, this unit holds three full-size pans in an 8" deep water bath, controlled by a convenient remote thermostat panel. For optimal performance and to maintain NSF compliance, the N8845 must be operated with water in the well at all times.
