This versatile work surface features a rugged stainless steel frame that supports the company's celebrated 1-3/4" Hard Rock Maple butcher-block top, providing a forgiving, knife-friendly surface ready for decades of dough-rolling, lamination, and everyday prep. The 4" coved riser and 3-drawer stainless base offer ample storage and prep space, all built to NSF standards for commercial use. To maintain the maple top, re-oil it with John Boos Mystery Oil or a food-grade mineral oil whenever the surface appears dry. Clean the stainless frame with a non-chloride stainless steel cleaner and a soft cloth, avoiding abrasive pads or bleach. Wipe up spills promptly and avoid leaving standing water on the wood or metal surfaces.
