Care & Maintenance:

  • Regularly re-oil the maple top with John Boos Mystery Oil or Board Cream to maintain its moisture balance and protect it from staining.
  • Clean the stainless steel base with non-chloride stainless steel cleansers, such as Bar Keepers Friend. Polish it using Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner, always wiping in the direction of the grain.
  • Avoid using abrasive pads, chlorine bleach, or leaving acidic or salty foods in prolonged contact with the surfaces.
