Product Description

The BT3S01 Baker's Table by John Boos delivers a superior work surface for professional and home bakers. The 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top provides an expansive 48" x 30" work area, with a 4" coved riser on three sides to contain flour and dough. The rugged type 300 stainless-steel base includes three spacious drawers for easy storage of tools and supplies. Adjustable bullet feet ensure stability on any floor. Crafted to the highest standards, this Baker's Table is NSF certified for use in commercial kitchens.

  • The tabletop is made from 1-3/4 inch thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, which is naturally durable and gentle on knives.
  • The food-safe penetrating oil finish is ready for immediate use and makes it easy to re-oil the surface for maintenance.
  • The 4-inch coved maple riser on the back and both ends keeps ingredients on the table, not on the floor.
  • The open stainless-steel cabinet has three full-extension drawers for organized storage.
  • The type 300 stainless steel legs, bracing, and drawer bodies are TIG-welded and have a #4 satin polished finish.
  • The 1-inch adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow you to level the table on uneven surfaces.
  • The table ships knocked-down (KD) to reduce freight costs and allow for quick on-site assembly.

Care & Maintenance:

  • For the maple top, reapply Boos Block® Mystery Oil or food-grade mineral oil whenever the surface appears dry.
  • Clean the stainless steel base using a mild soap or a non-chloride stainless steel cleaner. Always wipe in the direction of the polish lines.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive pads, as they can damage the protective finish.
