The Frymaster® Fryer Battery is a high-performance gas fryer system featuring dual 63 lb. capacity fryers with built-in filtration and oil conserving tube-type design.

Capacity & Design

Each fryer offers 63 lb. capacity with tube-type design for optimal oil conservation. The system features electronic ignition for reliable operation.

Included Components

Complete system includes rack-type basket supports, basket hanger, and 6 twin baskets. Also features drain safety switch, filter starter kit, and 8 GPM pump for efficient operation.

Construction

Built with durable stainless steel frypot, door, and cabinet sides for long-lasting performance and easy maintenance.

Performance

Delivers 238,000 BTU of heating power with built-in filtration system for consistent cooking results.
