The Frymaster® FilterQuick® Fryer Battery is an electric dual-fryer system designed for commercial kitchen operations. This high-capacity fryer features two 60 lb. capacity fryer units with advanced automatic filtration technology.

Capacity and Configuration

Each fryer unit provides 60 lb. capacity, giving you a total of 120 lb. frying capacity across both units in the battery configuration.

Filtration System

Built-in automatic filtration system ensures consistent oil quality and extends oil life. The unit includes an 8 GPM pump and comes with a filter starter kit for immediate operation.

Control System

Features the FilterQuick 4000 "Easy Touch" controller for intuitive operation and precise temperature management.

Basket Configuration

Equipped with rack-type basket support system, basket hanger, and twin baskets for efficient frying operations.

Construction and Materials

Built with durable stainless steel frypot, door, and cabinet sides for longevity and easy cleaning. Includes bottom splash shield for enhanced safety and cleanliness.
