Each fryer unit holds 60 lb. oil capacity with open-pot design for optimal cooking performance. Oil conserving technology helps reduce waste and operating costs.

Filtration System

Built-in filtration system with 8 GPM pump and filter starter kit included. Drain safety switch ensures safe operation during maintenance.

Included Accessories

Complete setup includes rack-type basket support, basket hanger, and 9 twin baskets for versatile cooking operations.

Construction

Durable stainless steel construction featuring stainless steel frypot, door, and sides for long-lasting performance and easy cleaning.
