The Frymaster® FilterQuick® Fryer Battery is a high-capacity electric fryer system designed for commercial kitchen operations. This three-unit fryer battery delivers exceptional performance with built-in automatic filtration and advanced control technology.

Capacity and Configuration

Features three individual fryer units, each with a 30 lb. oil capacity, providing substantial frying capability for high-volume food preparation.

Filtration System

Equipped with built-in automatic filtration system and includes a comprehensive filter starter kit for immediate operation and maintenance.

Control Technology

The FilterQuick 4000 "Easy Touch" controller provides intuitive operation with auto top-off functionality for consistent oil levels.

Basket System

Includes rack-type basket support system with hangers and twin baskets for efficient food handling and preparation.

Oil Management Package

Complete oil management solution featuring bulk oil set up, frypot covers, and an 8 GPM pump for efficient oil handling and maintenance.

Construction and Design

Built with durable stainless steel frypot, door, and cabinet sides. Features bottom splash shield for enhanced safety and cleanliness. Equipped with adjustable casters for easy positioning and mobility.
