The Frymaster® FilterQuick® electric fryer features three frypots with built-in automatic filtration system and advanced easyTouch® controller for professional kitchen operations.

Capacity & Performance

Each frypot holds 80 lb. oil capacity, with each frypot powered by 17kW for efficient heating and cooking performance.

Filtration System

Built-in automatic filtration with 8 GPM pump and filter starter kit included for maintaining oil quality and extending oil life.

Control System

Equipped with FQ4000 easyTouch® controller for precise temperature control and operation management.

Construction & Design

Stainless steel front and sides construction with rack-type basket support, basket hanger, and adjustable casters for mobility and durability.
