Product Overview

The Frymaster® High Efficiency Fryer is a gas-powered, floor model commercial fryer designed for high-volume food service operations. This ENERGY STAR® certified unit combines advanced technology with durable construction to deliver consistent, efficient frying performance.

Capacity and Design

Features a generous 50 lb. capacity with an open frypot design for easy access and maintenance. The stainless steel frypot construction ensures durability and even heat distribution for optimal cooking results.

Advanced Filtration and Temperature Control

Equipped with built-in filtration system to maintain oil quality and extend oil life. The unit includes an automatic melt cycle and boil-out temperature control for convenient operation. A center mounted RTD with 1° compensating temperature probe ensures precise temperature management.

Ignition and Safety Features

Electronic ignition system provides reliable startup every time. The fryer is powered by an 80,000 BTU gas system for rapid heating and recovery.

Included Accessories

Comes complete with rack-type basket support, basket hanger, and twin baskets for immediate operation. Mobile casters are included for easy positioning and cleaning access.

Construction and Mobility

Built with a stainless steel door and cabinet for durability and easy cleaning. The unit is mounted on casters for convenient mobility and positioning in your kitchen.
