Product Overview

Frymaster® Performance Fryer is a gas-powered, floor model commercial fryer designed specifically for chicken and fish preparation. This high-capacity unit features an 80 lb. capacity with an open frypot design for optimal cooking performance.

Control Features

Equipped with a millivolt controller and centerline fast-action temperature probe for precise temperature management. The thermostat knob is conveniently located on the front panel (note: not available with built-in filtration).

Included Accessories

Complete with rack-type basket support, basket hanger, two twin baskets, and flue deflector for comprehensive frying operations.

Construction

Features durable stainless steel construction including frypot, door, and cabinet for long-lasting commercial use.
