The Vulcan PowerFry5™ 1VK45C gas fryer is a high-efficiency commercial fryer with a 70,000 BTU capacity. It features the innovative FivePass™ heat transfer system and a programmable computer control with melt cycles, as well as twin baskets. Constructed with a durable stainless steel cabinet and fry tank, it has a 45–50 lb. capacity.
