Product Description
FlexFusion™ Platinum Combi-Steamer Oven is a versatile appliance designed for professional kitchens. Powered by natural gas, it features a racking system that can accommodate up to (10) 2/1 GN sized pans or full size sheet pans on wire shelves. The oven boasts Chef's Touch™ controls with AutoChef™ preprogrammed cooking recipes, ensuring precise results. It also includes a multi-sensor core food temperature probe, Steam Exhaust System, and adjustable humidity controls. For added convenience, the oven has a USB port and a self-cleaning system with WaveClean™ Technology and a retractable water hose. The right-hinged door features a 1-stage handle and a triple pane glass window, and the entire unit is constructed of durable stainless steel. The oven is cULus, UL EPH, and CE certified, but cannot be used as a base unit for stacking.
